In February we shared our exciting proposals to redevelop St Olav’s Court to create much needed homes for local people including 3 bed family size units as well as upgraded commercial space. We have responded positively to the feedback we have received from local residents and businesses, and our plans have improved as a result. ​

We are The SoCo and our mission is to create safe, affordable housing for the people that make London great: nurses, teachers, fire fighters and other key workers. Welcome to our website where you can learn more about our exciting proposals to redevelop St Olav’s Court. Our shared living scheme will still include a range of high quality amenity spaces but the building will now be smaller and slimmer and will have more of a Rotherhithe feel to it.
